1. A Debit Card is the best solution for paying all our members.

2. A Debit Card allows our members without credit cards or bank accounts to shop online.

3. A Debit Card is the key to our Local Merchant Program – allowing you to make purchases from thousands of local merchants with your MPM Debit Card and receive rebates.

Let’s look at some key points you’ll want to know:

We will be able to pay people anywhere in the world.

You may either purchase a MPM Debit Card immediately, or wait until you have generated enough income to receive your first commissions on them.

Though you will pay $14.50** for your initial Debit Card, it will only cost $2.50 each month thereafter to load it with your commissions. That may seem like a lot when you're looking at your beginning smaller commissions but as your commissions grow it will be very tiny. When we're paying you thousands of dollars, will you really care that the people handling our cards will make $2.50? :)

When you get your card you will have a link to a website where you will be able to manage your card.

Once you have your Debit card you will be able to load it via Direct Deposit for FREE, and use it to make purchases online or through the Local Merchant program as soon as it is launched.

The very competitive rates on Debit Card fees will be "commissionable" through your 9 tier rebate system. There will only be fees associated if you are using it as a Debit Card (ie. getting cash back from a purchase, getting cash from an ATM, card-to-card transfers, etc.)

Many people don't know you can use a Debit Card as a Credit Card. If you are making a purchase either online or locally, you have the choice to run it as a Credit Card. When you run it as a Credit Card there is absolutely no charge for its use.

As we move into the Local Merchant Program your MPM Debit Card will be coded to give you rebates at the point of purchase for groceries, gas stations, restaurants, dry cleaners, service people, etc. in your Local Area - exploding its potential to create income for you!

FDIC Insured? Every account is insured up to $100,000.

Instant Issue MasterCard? Immediate access to their cash at over 900,000 ATMs and millions of MasterCard merchants worldwide. Cardholders receive their PIN with their instant issue card so they can begin making ATM withdrawals and completing debit transactions right away.

Online Shopping? Cardholders can now make online purchases and book travel, hotels, and car rentals.

Online Account Management? Cardholders have access to their account online, in English or Spanish, where they can view their transaction history and spending summary.

Online Bill Pay? Cardholders can now do online bill payment and have the flexibility to make single or multiple payments, schedule payments, and make payment to anyone. If a payee is not a MasterCard merchant, CashPass will send out a check on the cardholder?s behalf and adjust the bill payment from their account.

Now to answer some questions asked by members:

1) Why do we have to pay anything for the cards? It doesn't cost employees anything to get paid.

The thing all of you need to understand is that you are not employees. You are independent contractors who are working to build a business stream of income. While we have given you the system and as many of the tools as we can, there is a cost to do some things. Whether we are sending you checks or paying you through the Debit Cards, whoever is providing that service (not My Power Mall) needs to be paid. There is not a home-based business company out there that does not charge something for being paid. The difference is that they ALSO charge you to just have your business. And, if they are not "charging" you separately to get paid, they have just built it in to the monthly charge for having your business. Trust me - they are getting the money for it.

You are an Independent Contractor. There are some things you have to take responsibility for. This is one of them. I want to assure you, however, that I spent months looking for the best possible solution for every single member - a solution that would be the best far into the future - not just for the immediate.

Also, when members on your team who need to use it as a true Debit Card withdraw money or make purchases with a cash back option, you will make money from it! When I set up this arrangement I knew there was going to be money made so I negotiated to make sure all of you as members would get a % of all of it. It won't take long for your card to not only pay for itself, but also make you money!

In addition, I negotiated with the company to give a % of their profits to the TWCCTW Foundation - continuing our efforts to build orphanages all over the world.

2) I don't get paid until I make $25.00 and now you're going to take $14.50 to give me a card? Yikes!

Yikes is right! I do understand how you feel. But would you rather me charge you $10 a month to have your business, and then give you your card for "free"? I don't think so. Yes, it's not fun to pay $14.50 for the card but it is a ONE-TIME charge. You will have your card FOREVER!

Though you can certainly wait until you have received your first commission payment, we encourage you to go ahead and purchase a Debit Card. It will count as your 1st Purchase, it will allow you to participate in the Local Merchant Program, and you will be prepared to receive your first commission on it.
