Every now and then we are questioned as to the wisdom of our pay plan. Below is a letter Ginny received, and her reply. We hope this will help shed further light on what we are offering you.

PAY PLAN EXPLAINED

Ginny, knowing the work that has gone into bringing My Power Mall to fruition, I hope you will not think my next FAQ out of place. I was wondering if the matrix is spread over 10 Levels, why the Commissions are spread unevenly the way they are. I may be totally off the mark, but it seems to me if there were to be a straight 10% spread over each level for example the 100% payout is still achieved, only it would be fairer to 'all' members irrespective of where they fall in the matrix.

The last thing I wish to do is tread on your parade, as from what I can tell your philanthropic nature would automatically impel you to do what is best for all. So this is a genuine FAQ and I will be happy to know that I have entirely missed the mark. I hope it is possible to share more of this information. If, however, it is confidential I fully understand.

Here is my answer:

Pay Percentages - this one will require a longer answer... Why not pay an equal % on all levels? I so appreciate your asking, and am never offended by an honest question. You already know from the video that I spent many years in MLM, learning the inner workings and seeing the truth. Those lessons were what formed the basis of how I created My Power Mall. One of the key realities is that most people (in a typical MLM) never get deeper than 3 or 4 levels. It's also key that most companies don't pay out much until people get much deeper than that - meaning that most people don't make any money (while the company is raking it in!) I hate that, and designed My Power Mall to be totally different. Corporate can't make a lot of money without FIRST making all of you a lot of money! I personally believe that is the way it should always work. I wouldn't have a business without those of you who are My Power Mall members and my first thought should be, "How can I create the most money for all of them so they'll stay with me long term?" MOST of the payout is within the first 3-4 levels so that everyone has a chance to make great money - with the builders like yourself able to position themselves for even more amazing income because of the sheer numbers that will be on your team. I consider it a true Win/Win for everyone.

Now, if I were you I might be thinking, "Well, yeah, but this thing grows so fast why not just spread it out so that everyone can make more money?" Fair question. This is where another truth comes into play - Perception is someone's truth. Most of the people joining us have tried one thing after another, only to fail every time. They're pouring in to My Power Mall because it's FREE, because they don't have to sell anything or qualify for their income, but also because the pay structure shows them they can truly succeed if they only go 3-4 levels deep - as well as giving them confidence that the people they bring in can also succeed. I believe this is a key reason we are growing so fast - people look at this and realize there is finally a way they can make their dreams come true. Yeah!!

For those people who are true "Builders" like yourself, you can realize unlimited income by simply going wide on your first level - giving away as many Power Malls as you can. We have hundreds of people qualifying for the My Power Mall 10+ Club every month. Soon that number will climb into the thousands. It makes me so excited I can hardly sleep at night! :)

Looking at the Commission Structure

Hi, I just signed up and had sent emails to all of my contacts. I really like you business structure with an exception of one thing. I believe that to encourage people to buy more they need to have a higher commission rate on their personal purchases. If I sign up 1000 people but they are not going to get a higher commission on their own purchases they might not be motivated enough to place their orders through us, if they can purchase it in another site, such as ebay etc. One thousand people who signed would do me any good if they don't purchase anything or just few stuff, I need them to be encourage to purchase to the max. The way I see is that every time I purchase something, someone else will make money, but not me. I will have to gain pennies to purchase my own stuff when I can purchase anywhere else for less. My suggestion is that on your personal purchases should be at least 35% of commission earned, then 15% on your first pier, 10% pc on the next levels as you had proposed and then the 3.5% on the 5-9 piers. That way all people who signed up will be motivated to save on their own personal purchases. Think about it. It does not make sense for me to purchase from your mall if I know someone else is making money out of me. I am not saving any. Why should I? and if everybody think like me, then their purchases will be very minimal.

It is better to give a higher discount to all purchase in our own personal level (or sending a check) and then make a smaller percentage of income in the other piers level. HOPE you got my suggestion.

Okay, folks, this is an excellent time for me to help all of you really understand the big picture. The first thing you need to understand is the difference between the Personal Mall & the Business Mall. If your primary consideration is to make money off your own Personal Purchases, then you should go back and choose a Personal Mall. If, however, you are looking to build long-term financial freedom, you need to gain the true BIG picture for the Business Mall.

When I first started designing My Power Mall, I had 70% going to the person making the actual purchase, 20% from people on their 1st tier, and 10% on their 3rd tier. I ran the numbers and the only way it could create substantial income was for people to go 30, 40, or 50 wide. One day I went for a long walk and had a thought... what if I flipped the numbers? I ran all the way back to my hotel room to run the numbers. What a huge difference! Hundreds of dollars a month became multiple thousands a month. Only later did I add the other levels of pay; realizing how fast people would build their teams. Suddenly the income became truly staggering and I knew the plan was complete to create financial freedom for anyone.

I realized, however, that people would have to see the BIG picture - not just focus on immediate gratification and return - helping them understand that a small % on their personal purchases would enable them to generate MUCH bigger income as their team grew.

Let's look at some actual #'s; keeping it simple. Let's say you make a $100 purchase that returns 10%. That would be $10 into the Rebate system. You think you want 35% of that. Okay, that is going to give you $3.50, instead of $.50 if you stick with the current model. You might be thinking; Hey, I would much rather have $3.50 rather than 50 cents! Are you sure...?

Let's project into the future and you now have 1000 people on your 4th Shopping Tier. If I went with this member's suggestion, you would only make 10% on their purchases, instead of the 35% you get now. Let's look at the numbers:

$100 X 10% (Rebate %) = $10 (into Rebate Plan) X 10% (4th Tier Payout) = $1 X 1000 members = $1000 to you.

Let's switch that to 35%...

$100 x 10% = $10.00 (into Rebate Plan) X 35% (4th Tier Payout) = $3.50 X 1000 members = $3500 to you.

Hmmm... You would have made an additional $3.00 on your personal purchase, but you would have lost $2500. Increase that number exponentially as your team grows and I'll ask you - which would you rather have...?

Folks, keep your eye on the big picture. Shop through your Mall. Save money. Save time. Save gas. Get things delivered right to your door. Too many of us are looking for the "Get Rich Quick Scheme" that is going to work this time. Folks, such a thing really doesn't exist. Oh, when a new thing comes along there will always be a few people who get rich quickly - and then they'll get richer by convincing you that you can do the same thing, and then selling you that information. The Internet is full of those kinds of schemes - that's why so many people have gotten burnt.

My Power Mall is not that kind of program. We give it to you for FREE but it's still a business you have to build. It's still a business that will take time, persistence and dedication in order to achieve your goals. Some of you will explode quickly - Great! Others of you will grow slow and steady - Great! Both ways are wonderful. Both ways will get you to where you want to go.

Change the World Tip: Reduce how much you throw away. Americans generate more trash per capita than people in any other country. On average, each American discards about 4.4 pounds of solid waste every day. Only about a pound of that is recycled, composted, or otherwise reused. The rest goes into our every-growing landfills or incinerators. Avoid wasteful packaging and single-use products that can't easily be recycled. Buy reusable, repairable, rechargeable or refillable products. And look for those that are made from or are packaged in recycled materials!
