What kind of people do you want on your My Power Mall team? Don’t you want to attract the right type of people that will help you build a great organization? Of course you do. The question is – how do you do it? That’s what this letter is going to be about.

The truth is, we attract to our reality who we are and what we become. My Power Mall provides you with the greatest business opportunity available. You are working to become a better person. You also have to focus on attracting the right quality people. You simply can’t build a successful My Power Mall business without people. This is not something you can do yourself. Duplication is absolutely necessary, so you might as well learn how to do it right from the beginning. Attracting and choosing the right people is paramount to your success.

The best way for you to attract the right people is to become the right person. Become a great person first – the rest will find you. Don’t read this and skip merrily on. This won’t be an overnight process. It will take time to become a better person. As you become a better person, you will attract better people and better situations to your reality. There is no “I” in the word TEAM.

Spend time developing yourself as a person. Develop your character. Your charisma. Your leadership skills. Your confidence level. Your work ethics. Your strong caring for those around you. Develop your knowledge. As you develop into a better person, the better people you are looking for will come to you. Sound like a lot of work? It is. But what else will give you the kind of payoff this will? And we're not just talking about money. Won’t every area of your life be more rewarding and fulfilling if you are becoming a better person? You bet it will!

You will not become successful alone. You HAVE to attract the right people who you can assist in reaching their goals in order for you to reach your own goals. Some of your greatest rewards will come from watching those around you succeed beyond their wildest dreams.

Read books. Listen to tapes. Go to seminars. Critique yourself honestly, then be willing to work on your faults and weaknesses. You must learn to heal yourself before you can heal others. You must learn to love yourself before you can learn to love others. You might be saying, “Wait a minute. I thought I was just building a business to make money.”

Let’s clear that up now. Wrong! MY POWER MALL is a people business. It’s all about people. The kind of person you are. The kind of people you work with. The kind of people you want to work with. Your greatest reward will not be the money you make. It will be the person you become. It will be the people who enrich your life. Be willing to pay the price to make this true.

Are you paralyzed by fear? Are you hampered by low self-esteem? Are you shy? Be willing to take the steps to conquer these areas. Surround yourself with people who can help you get where you want to be.

Let’s go a little deeper here. What do you believe your reality to be? Where have you come from? A bad marriage? A bad family? Years of abuse? Abandonment? Being made to feel like a lousy person? Have one of these things become your reality? You are going to bring it into your My Power Mall business. You are going to continue to attract bad people and bad situations into your reality. Remember, this is a people business. This reality is what you will attract to yourself.

We attract who we are. The bright side is that we can also attract who we become. What are you becoming? If money weren’t an issue what would you be doing with your time? Become an exceptional person. Do something exceptional with your life. Attract exceptional people.

FEAR keeps you from approaching other people. Unfortunately, it’s your own attitude and beliefs that make your reality. There are people who will say, “No one wants to do this business.” “I can’t find anyone who will sign up.” “I can’t even get a simple yes.” “I just can’t make this business work for me.” They are speaking their reality.

Then they start to change. They become better people. Then the people they contact change. Not really – but since your own reality has changed, so do the people you contact. Suddenly they want to join My Power Mall. They are the leaders you are looking for. If you believe you are going to attract leaders to your team – you will. If you can manage to get hold of the truth that your beliefs become your reality you will win your My Power Mall business. You will win in the game of life. Study this concept until you realize its truth. Successful people all through the ages realize the truth of the power of their thoughts to transform their lives. Join them in realizing that truth and your life will change.

So, who are you attracting to yourself? I do not pretend to know the reality of your life. I don't know where you come from. I don't know what life lessons the Universe has for you to learn. I don't know if you have given, given, given in other areas and now your time in My Power Mall is your chance to harvest all you have given by your building an explosive business right from the beginning. I don't know if you have a charismatic personality that draws people to you no matter what you're doing. Likewise, I don't know if the Universe wants to teach you the lessons of persistence and refusing to give up - making you work harder for your success in My Power Mall. I don't know if you're innately shy and will have to work hard to overcome that before you can succeed. Only YOU can know the answers to those questions.

Tell yourself every day – I ATTRACT WINNERS TO MY TEAM. Say it over and over. Out loud - over and over. Repeat it to yourself, over and over. Keep saying it to yourself until you believe it – until it becomes your reality. When you truly believe it – it WILL become your reality. Don’t just read this. DO IT!

Shopping Tips: To add stores to your Favorite Stores (text link at the top of the page in your mall) you need to log into your back office and select "Update Favorite Stores" from the left-hand menu. The instructions are there and are easy to follow. You are allowed to add 24 stores -- 2 pages of 12 stores.

Business Building Tips: Make a flyer (preferably in color if possible) with tear-off tags at the bottom that have your domain URL on them. Put them up on laundry bulletin boards and other public places (get permission first). Check back periodically to replenish or replace the flyer. (Helen Resnick, Nevada)

Change the World Tip: Partner with business and industry officials. Invite officials to the classroom, or student organizations, or student body to share their business opportunity in the community but more importantly, to share what they as prospective employers expect from their employees and why. Help them to make their presentation fun and exciting. Too many times these presentations are boring. They certainly don't have to be. Pull the students into planning this.
